This policy explains how Shore AI Consulting handles information submitted through the website, workflow review forms, advertising lead forms, analytics tools, and direct email.

When you submit a contact form, workflow review request, lead form, or email, Shore AI may collect your name, email address, business name, website, workflow concern, and any context you choose to include.
Do not send passwords, payment information, private customer records, policy documents, legal files, medical records, tax documents, or other confidential records through public forms.
The site may collect basic technical and usage information such as page views, device or browser details, referring pages, and approximate campaign source.
When a link includes campaign parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, or utm_term, those values may be attached to the form submission so Shore AI can understand which outreach or ad created the conversation.
The information is used to respond to requests, recommend a practical first workflow, measure which campaigns create qualified conversations, improve the website, and follow up about Shore AI services.
Workflow examples shared through a form may be used to prepare a recommendation, but client judgment, final customer communication, legal review, financial decisions, and compliance-sensitive decisions stay with the business team responsible for that work.
Shore AI may run ads or lead forms through platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, or Google. Those platforms may collect information under their own policies when you interact with an ad or form.
Information submitted through an advertising lead form may be used the same way as a website form: to respond, qualify the workflow need, measure campaign performance, and decide whether a first recommendation or project makes sense.
Shore AI does not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers used for hosting, analytics, email delivery, forms, advertising, or customer communication.
Contact and campaign information is kept only as long as it is useful for responding to the request, measuring business activity, maintaining records, or improving services.

If you do not want campaign parameters attached to a submission, use a direct email instead of a tracked campaign link.
